Drivers must accept, and transport where directed, any orderly person/party unless previously engaged. A taxicab may not carry more passengers than the vehicle is designed to seat. Drivers may refuse to transport freight or animals, except service animals (any guide dog, signal dog or other animal trained to work or perform tasks for a person with a disability).

These systems, combined with our knowledgeable drivers, allow us to reduce response time and enhance customer satisfaction.
We have also developed numerous processes for facilitating the flow of information between the reservations center, dispatch, and drivers, which is essential to the success of a taxi service. Our system enables dispatchers to easily contact drivers via in-cab mobile data centers, so they can instantly send directions, traffic updates and other important notices to keep drivers informed and aware.
And our advanced call center system, open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, processes 7 million calls and dispatches 5.5 million trips per year nationally. Our call centers are staffed with knowledgeable, polite, professional personnel who are trained in area locations and expected fares. When agents complete the reservation process, the information input into the computerized reservation system is instantaneously forwarded to our dispatchers.
We have audio enabled 7” touch screen tv, mounted close to eye level for comfortable viewing and access to passengers. This technology protects the driver and the passenger because it allows the passenger to pay with credit card without handing over their credit card to the driver. The passenger also gets to watch the trip details that are conveniently displayed on the screen.
